A beautiful yard with koi fishpond and a large deck make this spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house a pleasant vacation home-away-from-home for the whole family. The main floor has a large living room, a kitchen with a dining area, 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a shower/toilet across the hallway. Upstairs are 2 more bedrooms and shower/tub/toilet bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped including rice cooker and espresso machine! There also are high-speed wireless or cable Internet, printer, TV with cable VCR/DVD, stereo with iPod connection, extensive DVD collection, and all summer-holiday amenities: beach chairs, deck furniture, and gas grille. The house and the yard have spacious and calm ambiance--perfect for vacationers wanting peace and relaxation. A neighborhood tidal inlet beach, with mid to high-tide swimming, is about a mile away and a boat launch area and entrance to a sandy path for walking around the wonderful tidal marsh edge is about about a 3/4 mile away. It is about 5-10 minutes by car to Wellfleet Center, the ocean, the ponds and bayside beaches. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver assurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linens not provided. Guests may rent linens or bring their own.
