“Very good and clean accomodations in a good location away from downtown. Everything we needed was in the room ”

“This was a last minute booking. There wasn't a huge selection in Claremont. The property was dated but everything was neat, clean and tidy. It was out of town and in a residential neighborhood. It was a quiet location. It was good for a night and for what I needed but I wouldn't search out to stay there again. The front desk clerk was very nice and the room was clean and in a safe location. ”

“Quand je suis arrivé à la réception il n’y avait personnes, seulement un numéro de téléphone pour assistance, j’appel et il me dise que l’hôtel est fermer depuis six mois alors que j’avais fais ma réservation deux mois au paravant avec Hotel.com. Vraiment non professionnel de la pars de Hotel.com je n’aurai pas du être capable de faire une réservation d’un établissement qui était fermé. J’attend mon remboursement et une compensation pour cette mauvaise expérience.”

“I called the hotel 2 weeks before to confirm my reservation to which I was told it's fine. Saturday evening before I left New York I called to remind them I'd be there late and to have the heat on in the room and I was told no problem. Later I received an voicemail stating that they had no room for me. The annoyance is that hotels.com has my confirmation for my reservation, So the communication is almost non-existent.”
