Outside looks ok, but the inside was appalling, it stank was dirty & the bathroom was dirty & mouldy. I was unable to stay as I felt sick at the thought of it so walked straight back out & found somewhere else to stay for the night. I appreciate it wasn’t an expensive place but it does need some work doing to it.

Was able to enter after 1 h . The key pad was not working. I called the emergency number provided where there was nobody to answer, left my details and contact number and nobody called back. The bed was horrendous and looked like is falling apart. Boiler was in the room and i had a nice water symphony all night The bathroom light had no cover. You could feel a smell of weed in the room

Bathrooms are dated and just not clean. No staff available. Pillow was clean but stained with blood. Shower door install backwards. Faucets not attached to sink. Shower controls loose.Mixing valve not working very dangerous. Open the shower door it turns the water off.

Tiny TV but no remote, so could not use. Shower took over 5 mins to get hot, but then had to hold it, as the wall holder was broken. Room was like a shoe box. No sound proofing, had some guy talking till pst midnight, and could hear every word (it was a very boring conversation). Found the electronic door entry system, hard to use.

if you like staying in places that have corridors stinking of cigarette smoke, paper thin walls, mould on the bathroom ceiling, unhoovered carpets, a kettle on the floor, noisy occupants at all hours, the most uncomfortable mattress that ever existed and being locked out because the door handle was broken, then this is the perfect place for you to stay. Oh and the emergency number? We left a message about being locked out at 12am last night, left at 9am, door handle was still broken, and no one has called to check why we called. Never again.

I booked this property on Saturday looking to check in Saturday night. Due to an unmanned/ no front desk- they asked me to organise my checkin 24 hours my booking..... how can I do that when I booked it on the same day? Left me stranded in the cold and forced to book a much more expensive place. Do not book here as they'll take your money and provide terrible support- they haven't responded nor refunded my booking yet. Expedia were just as bad with the support. They just tried to not submit my feedback due to "profanity, personal information or specific rooms". Unsure where I mentioned any of that. An absolute joke.

Honestly the worst stay I've been to. Didn't even hoover the floor in the room. They locks on the doors didn't work as they didn't replace the batteries and this was the majority of rooms. They didn't pick up the phone for the contact number given or respond on the app. The shared toilets had no sink or spare toilet rolls and the walls had old dried urine splatters in it. The shower was broken and light switch string snapped so you couldnt turn it on. The actual shower had dirt and scum all over as well as damp on the ceiling. This however did have a sink but not soap or a hand towel. The furniture in the room was falling apart and it generally smelt of a combination of weed and stale cigarettes

Llegue a la habitación (que habia reservado y pagado) y había ya otra persona aojada en mi habitación! Nunca tuve asistencia de nadie, no me contestaron. Y al otro huesped le dijeron que se quedara ahi. Tuve que volver a revervar en ese momento en otro lado porque no habia habitaciones disponibles.

The room was good and spacious and the security system is very excellent. The shower head was a bit too tall and the bed needs mattress protectors because of possible contamination from previous users. The mattress was too hard. The room was really clean and I loved the numerous plugs in the ensuite we used . The bed is too low. It is an affordable facility and for the price it was worth it. The facility is a bit noisy because it is near the road but overall it was ok. The overall cleanliness was awesome. Thank you for the kettle and tea. Thank you for having us.

Pebbles - a squalid place to stay.

Worst experience I can remember ever having in a so called "guest house". Miserable room, insecure locks and in a poor area. Front doors had no working lock so ooen to anyone. Squalid building and dreadful bed and bedding. Shocking!

This hostel is a scam, you pay money and they don't give you access. Never ever trust them. During my stay, I faced the following problems: Cleanliness: The rooms and common areas were not properly cleaned. Nonsense quality and disgusting smell in rooms. Staff Behaviour: The staff was unprofessional, unhelpful, rude. Facilities: The facilities were poorly maintained, broken, or non-functional.

Hell visit

It was a nightmare.We checked in about 6 30pm after 20 mins getting in the coded doors. We put our belongings in the room then left to go to our daughters bday party. We didnt get back till 2am the door code wouldnt work then my 80 years old husband fell over as we were so tired and just wanted to sleep.My husbands face was all cut ,where blood dripped near the door.Luckily l phoned my daughters partner who came and got my husband and l.then we our granddaghter got her partner to come and take us back home to bmouth. Also our stuff is still left in the room.lm trying to get old of someone about this and we would like a refund.

Never Again

1 hour trying to get in via a code on the front door. Told via text My room wasnt available and they tried to give me a single room without bathroom in a partitioned larger room. The smell in the room made me turn around instantly. Finally , refused to give me a refund even though i didnt stay there.

6/10, good for short stays

This was a good place to stay for a short amount of time. Good location, short taxi to main town or walk to bus stop. Parking was free on a nearby road which is great. Check in process easy, received code & entered into electrical doorpad then a lockbox. The first issue was that the radiator for the entire stay was boiling hot & surprisingly for December we had to open both windows pretty much all of the time to get some air in the room as it was so hot. The second issue was both the lights in the bathroom were broken. Fortunately, after calling the number, immediately two members of staff came & sorted out one of the lights. They couldn’t sort the radiator but at least they sorted the light for us which was fab. The bedroom did smell a bit musty when we first entered but after a while it went away. The bedroom was clean and had nice decor. Unfortunately, the bed was very uncomfy and ‘crackly’ when you laid down on it. The bathroom was clean with only a little amount of mildew in the shower. Little shampoos and soaps were provided which was nice. The shower taps were wobbly and the shower door handles were very unsecure they practically fell off even when very gently closed. When we returned from a night out, there was a man asleep on 2 arm chairs facing each other inside the building in reception. This was weird as it’s a passcoded building and made us feel weird… Overall, it was a good stay for what it was but was strange with the man!
