“Comfortable, well stocked and quiet apartment. Great view of rowers on the Charles. Only about a 10 minute walk to the T in Harvard Square. Off street parking is a huge bonus. Driveway is tight and it could be a problem if there were several cars, but not for us as we mostly left the car. There are two flights of stairs, but they are well lit and manageable. ”

“We have now stayed in all 3 apartments in this great building over the past 4 years while visiting our son at Boston College. This unit was perfect with a larger family group with essentially 4 bedrooms. Always very clean and well stocked kitchen. Great location near restaurants and travel to BC or anywhere in Boston. We will miss our visits now that our son has graduated. Thank you Stas for your hospitality! We will definitely be back whenever we return to Boston!”

“We really enjoyed staying at this house for our son‘s graduation weekend. The downstairs is decorated very well and super clean. The upstairs three rooms have great capacity with multiple beds in two of the rooms. Sunny, the property manager, was very communicative and helpful. The house was recently redone and decorated and the bathrooms had many supplies that were very convenient. I am just sorry I didn’t find this house earlier for parents weekends.”
