“Walkable to town and restaurants, with a great story and renovation of the building. Great view.”

“The lake house was perfect for our stay. We took 27 people on a 3 day church retreat, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The lake house was very clean and comfortable. the views from the lake house to the water are amazing. We loved the large kitchen with industrial size appliances! There are two bedrooms on the main floor with two bathrooms just outside of those rooms. The large living room, large dining room, and large kitchen are also on the main floor. All other rooms are downstairs……

“This property is so nice. My family had a wonderful Merry Christmas. This property has plenty of space. The deck is very nice at night. We build a fire in the fireplace watching TV.I will return next year during the summer. We will try the pool.LL”

“Came for the weekend. For some reason the water in the bathroom gave us issues and would turn off. A call to the owner and a repair man came but it required manual on/off the rest of the stay.”

“It was great having 4 bedrooms. The pool was fun. It did need some work on the railings the host was responsive. You will want t get a few new pool toys as they are left by previous guests.”

“We toured Auburn and wanted to get the full experience downtown. The condo was exactly as described. My 17yr old enjoyed the people watching of students walking in and out of the bars. If nightlife isn’t your thing or a light sleeper- the bar on either side could be too much for you. ”

“Nice clean property with a responsive host makes for a great and easy process to get out on the water and enjoy time with your family. About a 30 second drive to bakers landing helps as they sell food and last minute supplies that you forgot. Overall loved it and would recommend to small parties looking to get out and vacation. ”

“Excellent property. Charming Old Cloverdale cottage. Updates bathrooms were a plus. The property did advertise a deck in the backyard which had been removed before our stay. We were disappointed not to be able to sit outside with family. ”

“Nice relaxing place nice and tucked away”

“Awesome place to stay with a few fishing buddies for a tournament of just for fun. Parking is ample for 3 to 4 boats and plenty of outside outlets for charging. Great area of the lake and close to the boat ramps. Little far from Lakepoint Resort, but all houses like this are !Will definitely stay here again !!”
