“Clean, great communication from hosts, easy check in process, parking garage easy to access from apartment, safe, looks just like the photos, great gym, nice pool, provided good coffee. Only downsides are having to remember to renew parking pass every 24 hours, and slightly worn down cooking ware (still does the job). Overall great place to stay! ”

“Was originally sent to an incorrect property. We had to be very persistent for host to understand our dilemma about being at incorrect location. Property was in need of repairs which we noted at time of departure what needed repairs. Some workmanship repairs were done prior to arrival but very sloppy. Mainly bathroom. We were told we had to check in daily about parking. We had booked for simultaneous. This was totally unnecessary for us to deal with this every day as we were on vacation. ”

“The apartment is clean and neat in an older apartment complex that has been remodeled. Check-in/out was easy and communication with the host was good. Be aware of the early check-out time (10am) and then they want $35 to let you stay until 11:30.”

“This was perfect for my stay, in walking distance to a venue and bars and the bed was was super comfortable. Clean place, nice stay!”

“We enjoyed our stay here. It was recently renovated and looks nice on the inside. The beds and space is as advertised. The complex is under extreme construction which was a little creepy and there was a lot of loitering across the street through the entire night. The location in relation to downtown and Rainey Street was perfect. Communication was excellent. Overall we enjoyed ourselves and just made sure to lock all our doors etc. ”
