“This is a student housing building, where apartments are being rented via an external company based in the UK; there is no lobby or person to ask for help on the premises. You have to pick up a key from a lockbox with a code, etc, which is an additional step. Also, the company requires you to share a photo of your ID in advance or else they threaten cancelling the booking. They sent me a wrong key pickup code once and I had to call a British phone number to get it sorted out. It is all doable,……

“This VRBO was perfect for my daughter and myself to be able to get some rest between softball games. The neighborhood felt safe and the area was clean.”
