The hotel is in a fantastic location and from the outside, exudes Victorian Seaside Glamour. Inside is sadly a very different situation. The hotel is crying out to be revamped, the decor is tired and old and not reflective of the hotel and its history. Our room was massive, but had very little furniture in and and was poorly laid out.
Staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. I would love to see this hotel get an overhaul, but due to its great location, I don't know that Radisson see many benefits in investing.
