“We had a great stay at this condo. The location is calm and low key and the condo is steps away from the ocean. ”

“Good location and we had everything we needed.Bathtub had hair from previous tenants but all else was clean.We had two issues related to the resort, not the suite. 1) The hot tub was full of kids from opening to closing along with their blowup animals so it couldn’t ever be used. 2) when leaving for breakfast one morning we saw a notice in the elevator that bug spraying was being done that day. At least one day notice should have been given so we could have had time to put away or cover food……

“My wife and I spent a workweek stay that really made the grade at Gulf Tower on the Gulf Shores Beach! Our rental was conveniently situated on a portion of the beach that almost felt private, involved less traffic and provided unobstructed views of the Gulf. We really desired privacy and were amply rewarded. Bender Properties were very easy to work with and checked on us several times via text messages to make sure we were satisfied. We loved our experience!”

The small table on the balcony has a broken leg and we were told the dishwasher needed repairs. Also had to grab a spare blanket out the car since one was not provided for the sofa bed (sheets only). Otherwise, it was a great spot for our short weekend stay. ”
