“A hotel that shows signs of aging and lack of renovation and maintenance; however, it serves well the purpose of a good night's sleep and a good bathroom. The parking access system is awkward and needs an upgrade. ”

“No issues checking in after midnight or getting a taxi to the airport early in the morning. Rooms are similar to what you might get at an airport hotel in the states except that the furniture is higher quality and there's a coffee pod machine. Simple continental breakfast provided, roads around the property can be noisy as locals regularly use their horns, fairly steep hill between the hotel and town centre. Room included mini-fridge and water bottles. Felt more coffee pods could have been……

“Room was clean, nice, upscale. View was beautiful. Breakfast was pretty but taste was average, not great. Front desk staff was monotone and short, not personable. ”

“Leider habe ich nicht das appartment bekommen welches ich HIER, reserviert habe. Offensichtlich schein es so, dass Hotels.com dieses appartment ohne Genehmigung der Mieter anbietet. Ich strandete in Concepción weil die Personen gar nicht wussten, dass die Wohnung reserviert war. Die Wohnung, war schon vergeben. Gott sei Dank bekam eine andere Wohnung in ein anderes Gebäude. Obwohl hotels die Mieter nicht informiert hatte, verlangte hotels 108euro für eine Fiktive Stornierung. ”
