The guy who brought them over claimed that he had knocked the door three times already (which we didn't hear), then he just opened our door and entered our room which was a big shock as we were still getting dressed. “When we first checked in, there was a disgustingly strong smell of cigarette smoke all over the room including cigarette ashes in the window rails. After they vacuumed out the smell somehow the AC continuously leaked, spray our bed and clothes with water and leaving a puddle on the floor. We had multiple technicians come in at all hours of the day and night I understand that the hotel couldn't offer us another room because they were fully booked. They refused to apologise or compensate us for……
