“面積不大。可直接步行到海灘。離海灘食店林立的位置約三分鐘車程，離海龜中心和購物中心也很近。離CBD 則較遠，要十幾分鐘車程，但CBD沒甚麼好晃的。有免費洗衣乾衣房，唯需自備洗衣液。”
