“We booked a 40 night stay based on photos depicting terraces with great views & gleaming, beautifully lit pool & hot tub in lovely surroundings. The video (entitled Le Bonheur - Luxury Villa) shows pleasant neutral interiors. This could not be further from reality! These enhanced photographs are obviously decades old & bear no resemblance to the current seriously neglected & tired property. The terrace, overlooks ugly roof, with several beehives housed on it. “Wir hatten 5 sehr schöne Tage im Ferienhaus in Fishoek. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Aufenthalt mit Selbstverpflegung braucht. Die gestreifte Couch und der Ausblick auf die Bucht haben es uns angetan. Auf der Terasse lässt sich wunderbar das Meer beobachten, wir hatten das Glück Robben beim Spielen zuschauen zu können. “住了三个晚上，非常舒适。酒店服务员很热情服务态度比我之前住的喜来登好很多。 附近很安全，正门口就是警察局。是我们在南非晚上出来闲逛不用担心的地方。 这里毕竟是开普敦富人区，管理的很好。 酒店背靠十二门徒峰，右边可以看到狮子头山。酒店出口第一个交叉口上山5分钟就能到桌山。 小遗憾就是，虽然冰箱天天免费提供吃喝的但早餐得自己做哈，而且天天一样的早餐有点郁闷。”
