“Booked a 3 night stay with hot tub to arrive at Lodge to find no hottub looked forward to this break for weeks for it to be ruined”

“Our stay was wonderful, easy check in and a nice location where is isn’t overcrowded. Lovely lodge and it was spotless. The hot tubs are also a nice place to be in. Will definitely be looking to stay again. ”

“We had a good week at the property, it is a bit remote and shopping for food best done before you arrive at property or in larger village shops! Lovely gardens and beach for the kids, a bit rocky but kids loved looking in rock pools. The accommodation itself was spotless, very well stocked with kitchen equipment and appliances, we had the two cottages which made up the stables, so 2 kitchen and lounge areas, we tended to use the larger kitchen for eating and the smaller cottage lounge as it was……

“Property was lovely, well presented, spacious and clean. Everything was provided that you would need. The owner messaged to see if everything was ok for us, which was nice. Great central location, with everything within walking distance. Only drawback was lack of parking. We has to off load quickly so as to not block the road and park in a nearby car park.”

“I wouid recommend this property but would make sure other guests jnow there is nothing within walking distance and a car is needed to get ro the nearest pub/supermarket. The property was lovely but the blinds needed dusting, there were dirty towels in the washing machine and the laminate on the tables was taped up.”

“THE STUDIO N. 5 IS NICE AND CLEAN. THE BED WAS REALLY CONFY . I THINK IT WOULD BETTER TO HAVE SOME PANS MORE IN THE KITCHEN. ( THERE WAS ONLY ONE PAN). AND THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS THAT WINDOW S KITCHEN COULDN 'T BE OPEN E SO WHILE COOKING THE KITCHEN WAS VERY HOT ”

“Beautiful property in lovely quiet location, perfect for exploring North Cumbria. Everything you need and more in the cottage and host very welcoming.”

“The cottage was cosy and had everything we needed. A minor niggle, but it was a bit cluttered with cushions and throws in the sitting room - the throws just slid off the leather sofas and the cushions were too big and too many, so were surplus to requirements. The location suited us very well, with a host of lovely walks and places to visit nearby. We had a wonderful break and can recommend!”
