“Wir sind eher zufällig zur Casa Monte Vale Pereiro gekommen, da unser eigentlich gebuchtes Ferienhaus einen Wasserschaden hatte, der nicht so schnell behoben werde konnte. Das Haus liegt abgeschieden auf einem kleinen Hügel, man schaut über Felder in die Natur. Die kleine Alpakaherde der Besitzer begrüßt einen immer mit neugierigen Blicken, wenn man kommt. Nachts kann man einen wunderschönen Sternenhimmel bewundern, in der Ferne hört man die Hunde der weit entfernten Nachbarn und die Kuhglocken……

“Der Check-In Prozess lief über eine andere Person als der Vermieterin. Wir haben nie jemanden persönlich angetroffen. Die Kommunikation via WhatsApp funktionierte aber gut. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut, in einer nachgefragten Gegend - was einzig den hohen Preis erklärt. Es gibt einen Parkplatz, direkt nebenan aber auch einen großen öffentlichen Parkplatz. Die Unterkunft, und vor allem die Stühle sind deutlicher abgenutzt, als die Fotos dies suggerieren. Es gibt nur einen Liegestuhl und der……

“We had stayed in this neighborhood in February 2023, and were excited to return. The house itself is lovely, comfortable, fairly well equipped, and with an open view in the back. Sadly, aside from cleanliness and easy access, the house was not well prepared for visitors. It was extremely damp and musty smelling, as if no one had been living there for some time (probably the case.) It took a couple of days for the house to dry out and lose most of the musty smell.
