“Was in the area for a baby shower. Perfect location, the shower was the neighborhood over. We were able to check in easily. The house was very welcoming and cute. The kitchen had all items except a stove, we had bought eggs for breakfast but did not end up cooking them. We spent the two afternoons outside to let the kids play, it was very peaceful. The kids enjoyed walking down the hill to see the ponies. The host was very attentive during the stay, checking in and bringing items if needed. The……

“Let me start off with saying that we were looking for a place to stay that was relatively close to Zilker park for Austin City Limits that was also affordable and this was the best option. That being said, you get what you pay for. The mattresses were not very great (I had slept on one of the spring ones on Friday night and had really awful back pain on Saturday that affected my ability to enjoy the festival) and another friend who slept on another mattress also shared that she did not sleep……

“Clelia’s cottage was a perfect place to stay when visiting Austin for our Niece’s birthday. It’s in a quiet neighborhood still close to area amenities. The space was cozy and spacious for us as a couple and the kitchen and living space would be great for meal or relaxing and the desk is perfect for a little work or web surfing. ”

“This property is one of the best that we have been to. It was a great place to have a meeting with the tree at 15 people, all age runs did not feel like we were over top of each other plenty to do outside of the house in the yard the pool the hot tub. Close to many restaurants and Sam's Club to pick up food. Will be contacting them again for next year”

“This is a gorgeous place to stay. We only had one downside, the pool never got heated. We paid, I believe, $600 to have it heated during our stay but it never felt heated. That would be the only issue. Other than that it is a fabulous place to stay! It accommodated our large family perfectly!”
