“I will start with the good points - The staff was very helpful and especially Dakota went out of her way to make our stay really special (she went beyond her call of duty when she saw I was too tired with some task late into the night and helped me sort it out quickly). Negative point - the vent in the room was making a lot of noise so we twisted open just to see if that fixes it but then we saw the air ducts had a lot of guck and dead flies spewed out when the vent was opened.
