“This beautiful, comfortable Hotel is in the heart of Saxmundham, moments from the station. The Helpful Staff, Callum, was wonderful. Everything was clean and comfortable. I would stay again.”

“Absolutely lovely place, Very modern styling, Comfy bedding, Big shower and all round very nice, Unfortunately though, When it came to the bathroom, We found the toliet seat wasn't even bolted on properly in Room 1, It kepts sliding bout when lifting the seat. Was little annoying, and the only other thing that would make it Absolutely the best is a mini fridge to be able to keep food and drinks cold. Other than that, It was absolutely lovely 8.5/10”

“Being right on the river, as my husband is a fisherman it was his utopia! Would have liked a different menu, the Sunday lunch was great, but more choices would be nice. Desserts were a challenge! ”

“It was friendly clean had all you would need for a stay . Breakfast was very good . Having and iron and board in room excellent also fan brilliant for myself . A lovely last minute stay in a position with beautiful views and convenient position for our evening out . ”
