“The apartment was nice, but I did not get apartment I booked and was not told before my stay because I booked the apartment with a bath and was given an apartment with a shower, I had trouble with openening and locking them as i found the catches were too small to open the door and I had to use 2 hands to open the main doors, one for the handle and one for the lock, I initially had trouble getting into the building because the door had a code and was not given instructions of how to use the code……

“This property had everything we needed. Lots of towels, t- towels, dish cloths, toilet rolls, kitchen roll, a washer, clothes line and pegs, cot, mattress and if we needed a bottom sheet for the cot. All beds were made up and Lucy even got us a second babygate so we could use one at the top and bottom of the stairs. This house has loads of room. All 4 bedrooms are upstairs and 2 sitting rooms downstairs. (We only used the front room) loads of books and games. We adults made use of the games once……

“A great property for a family of four, especially if you have older teenagers as there are separate bedrooms for the kids and a cosy front room with TV. The grocery shop across the road is really great with friendly staff. ”
