“Sehr, sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal von A-Z. Nachdem in einer Nacht von 1 bis 2 Uhr im Nebenzimmer Riesenlärm von Gästen veranstaltet wurde, und ich mich beschwert habe, wurde das unverzüglich behoben. “We were upgraded to a suite on arrival which was very big, modern and clean. We didn't visit the spa, which was included, so can't comment on that. We had pasta and drinks in the outdoor cafe which was lovely. We booked the shuttle back to the airport (for a small charge) for the next day, to get our bus to Peschiera. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. ”
