"Klima Anlage hat nicht funktioniert. Wasser hat nicht funktioniert. Wir konnten nicht duschen oder die Toilette spülen, geschweige denn Zähne putzen oder sonst was ! Wir mussten dafür extra Wasser Flaschen kaufen. Trotz mehrfachen Beschwerden, wurde sich um nichts gekümmert. Wir waren echt am Ende ..."
