“I’ll start with the positives…good WiFi and nice neighborhood. That’s about it. The property is just ok, it could use some TLC. Bare minimums, or I should say barely minimum? Not very clean. The stove was filthy, the house wasn’t vacuumed. Walls need cleaning or paint, carpets need to be cleaned. Master bedroom sitting area has NO furniture and I don’t think they have EVER vacuumed under the bed in master suite. I paid for and replaced the HVAC filters that were so filthy they were being sucked……
