“We loved using this property for our family reunion! The kitchen is shared with the hosts, but we enjoyed getting to know them, and we loved having the cozy cabins as our own space. Clean, friendly, lots of fun, and close to Ava city stores if needed. Will probably stay here again!”

“I did not receive any info from the host after booking. I had to reach out to them hours before our arrival to make sure we were set. We were supposed to be able to check-in at 4pm; we arrived at the front desk at 3:50pm to fill out the forms and scan my ID. I was told our condo was not ready and they would call me when it was available---no call. We went in again at 4:45pm and were told they forgot to call us. The "condo" is actually an old motel they "renovated" into a "resort." Those are all……

“The manager of property knew that I needed a handicap assessible unit for my husband's wheelchair. When I was looking at the options that fit all of my filters in the request, her property came up, but was not handicap assessible. Had multiple emails with manager stating that my husband was in a wheel chair, and never was told it wasn't.an accessible room. My husband's wheelchair couldn't even fit into the bathroom. The picnic and bbq area was so steep I almost fell just looking at the bbq pit.……
