“The 2 Friends Guest House in Jinja, Uganda is quite lovely. The staff and security guards are very kind & hospitable. The area felt very safe and is walkable to town. The room was clean and comfortable. The gym is above average and the pool is quite refreshing. I was able to enjoy breakfast before departing for the day. The front desk staff also helped to book me a shuttle return back to Entebbe.
I highly recommend the 2 Friends Guest House if you’re visiting Jinja.”
“Our first room was not good, the patio doors didn’t close properly so we asked for a move, our second room was great. Very new room, clean, however no view”
“The hotel is very nice and the room/bed were quite comfortable. The meal service was great. The barman kept the beer cold and served with a a ready smile;-)
Was there for work - so having the essentials listed above work was key.
Would defintiely stay again.”
“God mat, hyggelig personale, men det tok nesten 1time før vi fikk maten etter bestillingen. Men det var værte å vente pga maten smakte kjempe godt. De har ikke mosquite nets, derfor barn mitt ble bitte av mosquites og fikk allergi reaksjon og mot til sykehus/clinic.”
“The first floor was under construction so it was noisy. WI-FI in the room was not available. No closet in the room and no hangers for cloths. Moreover, they charged twice in the Resturant and I called them 3 times and explained to them the situation but they did nothing. Every time they promised to call me back but they did not.”
“It was a very well kept property. Very clean, kind staff, good food & breathtaking view. Martha in the dinning room & the front desk lady were amazing. ”
“The property and facilities were beautiful and very well maintained. The staff were amazing and the chefs superb. Amazing views from our private balcony. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. We stayed five nights and loved every minute.”
“Really beautiful location next to the Nile. Bungalow was spacious and comfortable. Food locally sourced was really tasty. Everything had been thought of for a place to recharge batteries. Great staff and opportunities for local walks with guides. Felt really safe. Picture windows look out over the falls. I’d far rather come here than any expensive Kampala hotel”
“first they have no wifi and than we stayed there one night me and my wife in med night power is go off the mosquitoes every where and the mosquitoes net is not working really is very bad I am not recommending ”
