“Villa Eleanora is in quite a lovely location convenient to many sites in Umbria. The facilities were very well taken care of and clean. The outdoor terrace and pool areas were really lovely. The inside could use a little updating especially the kitchen area. Also more lighting would help. All in all quite a nice experience. ”

“Our stay at the Barbacane was lovely. It's pretty close to Spoleto, though a somewhat winding road. The kitchen is well-stocked, and the bed is wonderfully comfortable. We had a very nice time there! ”

“This property was amazing and fit our needs perfectly. We had 22 people and each group had their own area but we gathered daily in the main dining area. We grilled out, had a chef come and fix us dinner and several days of pit luck. Daily trips to the surrounding hilltop towns of Todi, Orvieto, Spello, Sienna, and Florence one day. You definitely need a car but that gave all of us options. We rented in Perugia and others chose to rent cars in Rome and Sorrento. The property is well maintained……

“Very quiet, amazing property. Our room had two bedrooms, three toilets, full kitchen with dishwasher and coffee maker. Dining room. With terrace seating for eight. All built on the site of a 12th century monistary. Restaurant was excellent for both dinner and breakfast. Views from every window. Would make for amazing family holiday. You need a vehicle!”

“We’ve always wanted to experience the Italian way of life and spending a month in Todi was the ideal vacation. Away from the crowds, beautiful countryside, friendly people and comfortable living. This house gave us all that…it is an older house but we adjusted very quickly to the ebbs and flows of it. It had everything we needed and was very well maintained.Past reviews mentioned the hill to town, this is not to be underestimated, it’s a hike but you do get used to it and the bonus is you’ll be……

“Our large group of family and friends loved our stay. Even with spotty weather (Spring rains) we were either cozy or basking in the sun by the pool. Plenty of space, comfortable beds, thoughtful host….we loved this spot. Todi was wonderful too - very few tourists and lots of places to eat. This is our 4th villa stay and this is now one of our very favorites!”

The table on the patio was a favorite location for relaxing. It is a great place to stay with a car. The parking is convenient and taking day trips in Umbria was easy from the location. I would definitely stay there again if I was in Umbria.”

“Situata in posto strategico per le bellezze umbre di Spello, Assisi, Perugia, per citarne solo alcune, la struttura rustica è decisamente accogliente e caratteristica. Unico neo la superstrada che passa a fianco, rumorosa se si vuole godere degli ottImi ed ampi spazi esterni. Gli appartamenti risultano ottimamente isolati. Colazione internazionale molto varia ed abbondante sui dolci. Personale disponibilissimo e decisamente cordiale ”

“Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette très jolie demeure isolée ,assez atypique , parfaite pour une famille nombreuse ,où entre amis . Les deux espaces de vie sont appréciés, notamment par les enfants , adolescent et jeunes adultes qui ont ainsi pu trouver leur indépendance. La piscine est très agréable les jours de forte chaleur . Il y a différents espaces de vie où chacun peut trouver un endroit calme et reposant . L’hôte répond dans un délai très rapide a toutes……
