“We have never been to High Rock Lake prior to this stay. We were looking for pet friendly and a place to bring our boat. We had no way to know the weather would be off the week after Memorial Day. The house and location were great. Plan on cooking and eating in unless you want to travel 20 minutes or more for anything other than diner food. “This was our 4th trip over the years to this beautiful newly renovated lake house and it never disappoints. The Mossharts have thought of everything to make your stay a pleasant one. The yard is beautiful with plenty of space to spread out if you have several people with you. The dock is shaded part of the day to enjoy fishing. “This home has a kitchen that is well equipped for the cook, has enough seating in the dining, and common areas, and two large lakeside open areas to enjoy the peaceful cove. If privacy isn’t an issue, one of the bedrooms is an open air loft, which is accessed by a metal spiral staircase. The host has supplied ample products for personal use in the bathrooms, and a great coffee/beverage bar. We had a great time and would highly recommend to others!”
