“Good location close to the centre of Worcester. Accommodation was clean and of a good standard for the price. The Fleming suite entrance was right next to the communal front door which you could hear when opened. Our room would have benefitted with a door chain which was missing or a bolt to make the property feel more secure. Overall we had a good stay and would stay again in future. ”

“The cottage is just a described on vrbo. Everything in great condition. We had some issues with the washing machine/tumble dryer. This was solved immediately by Liz an Alan. "We happened to stay during a heatwave. The room had no air conditioning, only a fan. The room was spacious but really needs an update. The corners of the bed and the duvet cover were torn. The wallpaper was also peeling. The bathroom renovation was acceptable. Breakfast was in buffet style but the refills were too slow—there was nothing left to eat and all the juices ran out."
