“Staff were very welcoming and the hotel and room were clean and comfortable. It was very quiet at the hotel and there were several options for dining nearby.”

“It was an older motel but rooms remodeled. It had a second floor but no elevator. That made it very hard for us going to the room and going down. I have bad knees but we did ok. The overall stay was ok. ”

Says everywhere that check-in time is 3pm to midnight, was there at 930pm and the place had all the lights off at the front desk, there was no one there and no one answered. Then spent almost 2 hours playing the run around game with someone from hotels.com customer service before they wanted to transfer me to a different hotel over an hr away, never booking through this site again was extremely unprpfessional all the way around”
