“I could write many paragraphs on the Romanos but I will stick to the highlights. It is a very good hotel - perhaps not quite exceptional, but very good in many areas. Combined with the Westin it is large - we went late October which was perhaps fractionally late for sunbathing (though it was about 25 degrees between 11-4 so good for lying by the pool or on the beach) - but perfect golfing temperature. The golf is excellent, the tennis set-up is disappointing despite the number of courts. ……

The air conditioning did not work properly and we complained about it daily and multiple times each day. They kept trying to fix it to no avail. Was disappointed with that and I think they should have offered us some comps or a percentage off the room. ”

The have thought of all details from a baskets of food ingredients (olive oils, sauces and lots more) to the smallest things such as a flash light in order to walk safely at night time.
