“The location is very close to Riva Waterfront. I loved this hotel, although I came here in winter time, the hotel still offered me the five-star accommodation and service to me. “Really enjoyed our stay here. We arrived 2.5 hours before check-in due to our flight times and the receptionist was extremely helpful and accommodating. She was able to let us in our room and we could then get in with our day. She was very friendly and gave us lots of information. The pool was stunning and had a lovely lounge area which was always in excellent condition. Pool towels were also provided.
