Hotel is dated and overall pretty dirty. Someone had thrown up outside of the door and it wasn’t cleaned up for over 24 hours. Location is good, but hotel needs to be renovated and parking is tough. There are very few spaces available left at night.

I liked the location close to downtown and the hotel overall was roomy. I was there over July 4th and it was insanely crowded around the pool, I believe there were lots of people that were not actual guests of the hotel in the pool monopolizing the chairs/towels/space. Also, our room was never cleaned. We stayed 3 nights, the first day they exchanged towels and took the garbage, nothing else was done. The second day I had to ask for towels and wrap up my own garbage for them. When you pay over $200/night I would expect some service.

The hotel is in a convient location that's walking distance to downtown. We stayed here for their nice outdoor pool. Unfortunately the room that we got this time was in the main building which doesn't have windows that open. The only air intake was the AC unit. Our room was overwhelmingly musty smelling. It smelled so bad that our clothing in our suitcases smelled when I got home from our trip. If you stay, request a room in the far tower that has windows that open.

Our room was amazing, the property is amazing the pool was busy and the dining for diner wasn’t very good and kind of expensive food tasted like gas station food. Drinks were very good though. However this is our go to hotel, we do love the rooms here and the service is always great.

Room below ground with constant stream of pedestrian traffic outside window. Most of parking lot reserved for large group staying for convention. Bed is ridiculously soft. No support at all. Plus lovely stain on sheet. Put a towel over it so I could sleep….maybe

Staff went above and beyond during our stay. EVERY staff member we interacted with was pleasant and helpful. I would recommend and will stay here again!

This is a really nice, contemporary property very convenient to walk along the Spokane river, get to downtown, or get to Gonzaga. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I really like that the shower products are in a refillable dispensers on the shower wall and that hand soap and body lotion are in dispensers next to the sink. I do not like that the hotel doesn't have recycling. To have to throw away cans, bottles, newspaper, etc is really disappointing. Our room had a very bright light outside our window that the blackout shades didn't cover because they can't be secured at the wall. A simple way to do that would eliminate the light intrusion for sleeping.

We travelled just shy of 8 hours to have a room that was not very clean (bathroom), a view of the roof, and got our tire slashed.

No glasses in the room, no coffee mugs in the room. Finding a parking spot was an issue. Restaurant wait time for terrible. Pool side was was overcrowded with hotel guests inviting their non-paying friends and family to take up all the spots. We had to go to our car to get our own portable chairs. Hotel management needs to improve upon the situation. Thanks .

Weird hotel that’s clearly understaffed and with poor management. Check in process was lengthy with long lines and room was not ready on arrival. After that things were better but the bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. Hotel does have a good location and mostly nice (but slightly weird) outdoor pool. There are things to work with here but a LOT of improvement is needed in operations.

Our change on the bedside table kept disappearing even though we did not want to be disturbed. So we had to stop emptying our change on the end table. Staff is not that friendly really. The restaurant is awesome and the bartender was great. That was the highlight. Everything else was just mediocre really. Not clean but not dirty. The rooms are bare minimum and very hot. We had to go get fan. It was our 25th anniversary trip. I wish I'd booked somewhere else.

Place is falling apart. Does not look like the light internet pictures. Building is black and dark. Needs maintenance. Restaurant horrible!!! They don’t even have butter. Still waiting on a manager to call me back.
