Welcome to your cozy Cliff/Cannon studio, thoughtfully designed with comfort, charm, and convenience in mind. Enjoy a spacious living room with city views, a love seat bathed in warm afternoon light, a 43” Fire TV, and a 2-seater bistro table perfect for dining while taking in Spokane’s vibrant skyline. The end table, stocked with local historical books, offers a touch of regional charm, and the living room provides ample space to stretch out or roll out a yoga mat.

Rest easy on a Casper queen bed that you can easily watch the Fire TV in, with plenty of clothing storage nearby. A welcoming side table holds a key dish, Chinese Baoding Balls for you to help relax, a salt lamp to promote great sleep, and a Bible for a cozy touch. Radiant heating throughout the apartment keeps every corner warm and inviting.

Your fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to make your stay comfortable: cabinets stocked with essentials like dinnerware, glasses, and cutlery for four, plus tools such as a wine opener, electric kettle (variety of tea included), toaster, coffee maker (coffee included), and even cooking basics like salt, pepper, and avocado oil.

The full bathroom, with a pocket door and a separate door for the tub and toilet, offers added privacy and is stocked with all essentials—plenty of towels, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner and a toothbrush holder. A bathroom closet provides extra hangers, a laundry basket, and cleaning items for your convenience. The on-site laundry room includes a QR code washer and dryer plus a wash sink, all located on the building’s lower level.
