This listing is for the 2nd and 3rd floor of a 3 story home and has potential of other guests on the main floor. As a guest you will have access to the 2nd and 3rd floor of this beautiful and historic home nestled in the heart of Spokane's Browne's Addition. This classical revival was once listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The home has been fully renovated while carefully preserving its historic charm, which can be seen in the captivating details throughout.
The Space:
Adorned with gorgeous leaded glass windows, box beam ceilings, refinished hardwood floors, original woodwork, and custom built-ins, this home is loaded with original charm yet has been updated with modern conveniences for today's living. Outside you are welcomed with grand Corinthian columns supporting the upper and lower wraparound porches along with the soothing sound of the beautiful landscaped water features.
