Guest Access:
Entire Home and Backyard. Pool is typically open May thru middle of September based on weather conditions. 2025 Pool Open Date April 15th (but water will be chilly, temps don't typically become favorable for swimming until middle to end of May). 2025 Pool Closing Date is Sept. 23rd.

The Neighborhood:
Near Downriver golf course and Audubon park! This safe neighborhood is great for walking or any kind of transportation! People are friendly and several restaurants and bars are within walking distance!

Getting Around:
- 10 minutes to I-90, Downtown Spokane, Spokane Arena, & The Podium.
- 15 minutes to Spokane International Airport.
- 1 hour to Silverwood (47 miles)

Other Things to Note:
Indoor Fireplaces are prohibited from being used.
The Pool Floatable toys have been removed, only USCG approved floatable toys allowed.
The Slide and Springboard have been removed for Safety.

- Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to cook and serve food.
- High Speed WiFi ready to handle up to 15 guests.

- Pool is typically open from May thru September. The pool is not heated.
