Enjoy this perfectly located private apartment on the lower south hill, right next to St. Johns Cathedral, Manito Park, and Sacred Heart.

2 bedrooms - one with king bed and one with a queen, as well as a futon style couch with sheets and a twin mattress allow the whole family to sleep comfortably

55" HDTV comes with bluray player and many movies, as well as Roku streaming including Netflix, YouTubeTV, and many others.

Fully stocked updated mid-century kitchen is perfect for breakfast and making yourself at home.

Bathroom is clean and updated.

Bedrooms are old hardwood floors.

Apartment has 2 AC Units for the hot months

New housekeeping team. We have improved and upgraded all aspects of our turnovers
Refreshed Decor

Nice for the price!
We were in town for doctors appointments at the Sacred Heart and this was the perfect home base within walking distance. What a beautiful view of the cathedral!

Nice place to stay
This was nice clean little place to stay. The beds were very comfortable and the area was very quiet. Parking is tight but adequate. The stairs leading up to the apartment are narrow and could be difficult for people with mobility issues. I would definitely stay there again.

Great Location & Process
Super clean and well represented by the pictures. Check in and parking instructions were thorough, accurate and timely. Nice restaurant options (Mexican, Thai, Vegan Pizza) and 7-11 for quick shopping items within walking distance. Super cute neighborhood.

Great location!
Very clean little place! We stayed the weekend to attend a show at Spokane Arena. It was just a quick drive to the venue. Our only challenge was parking. I drive a Toyota Rav4 and anything larger would not have fit in the parking spot. It took some maneuvering to get my car in!

It is a very old and outdated place.The kitchen and dinning was so small. I'm not sure where you would put 8 people. It wasn't hardly big enough for four. It was difficult to find and the garage was small. The occupant in the A apartment parked in front so that helped. Laundry is available but not convenient. It's in the basement of another unit

If you’re looking for a place just to sleep stay here. However don’t have expectations of a wonderful place. This vrbo is very dated. The furniture and carpet seems old. We couldn’t get the tv to switch to the HDMI port even though there were directions on the wall. We tried to watch something online but it kept buffering. There is no dishwasher.

A peaceful, quiet, and creative home to rest in
I had the pleasure of spending several days here at the beginning of the new year to reflect on the previous year and strategize for the upcoming season. The house was clean, peaceful and felt like home right off the bat. The atmosphere of the home also felt uniquely creative, so I was able to paint, draw and journal with ease. Thank you Pete and Sarah for such a pleasant retreat.

Fantastic
This was a perfect place for us to stay! We had four adults and two teenagers - and plenty of room for us all to relax. The property was very clean & quiet. Kitchen and bathroom had everything we could need. Wonderful directions provided by the hosts. We’d definitely stay here again!

Overall suited are needs, could be cleaner upon arrival. Dirty dishes left out. Needs some maintenance. Broken drawer/faucet in kitchen, shower head, and outlets in bathroom didn’t work. Great location to food and Manito park was great!

Fun Stay
We enjoyed our stay and Manito Park was blooming with crocuses in March! The apartment is a bit older than we thought but everything was clean and comfy! One suggestion is bathtub anti-slip strips. Spokane was bustling and our visit was enjoyable.
