The property is well used and worn. The mattresses are well worn, and the hotel was really busy due to the weekend. However the pool for the Super 8 is actually the pool located in the hotel next door, as the owner owns BOTH hotels. Breakfast is NOT equalled to other establishments, such as a Best Western...as it was packaged breakfast items and oatmeal.

The clenliness wasn't what youd expect from a Wyndham affiliate. The lamp on the tabke was filthy splashed food, dust and grime stuck on it. The carpet stunk like urine. The bathroom fixtures same as the lamp. Overall it was meh. It was dissappointing that the advertisement made it look a lot better than it really was. Also the spa and pool were in the hotel next door with access via the front desk.

This location is not kid or family friendly at all. We rented 3 rooms for our family and they only allow 5 per room. Soon as your children under 5 walks down the hallway you will get complaint from next door and have a staff talk to you and give you a last warning that you will be kicked out of all rooms. The pool room was very hot and if you reach a limit they won’t allow anymore parents to enter. My sister just stepped outside to get some air since she was just watching them. When outside you can see the kids through the glass window that surround the whole pool room. She tried to go back in but they were so rude and refused her. She finally had to make a threat that she will report to the police if anything happened to her kids. They finally let her back in and apologized. If you got kids, this location is not worth it!

Convenient Property, safer than most areas of Spokane. Extremely Rude Night shift Staff. Super nice morning shift Staff. Key cards would never stay charged, so upon return each time at night, to be able to get into the room, we’d have to go to the front desk for help, and they were never friendly to accommodate us being able to get back into our rooms. On the last night of being blamed for the first of 3 days, they finally admitted it was their system. Super aggravating.

I booked the family suite with bunk beds for my son’s birthday. There was me (mom) and 4 teenage boys. When checking in I was informed that the bunk beds have a max weight limit of 180lbs. I pointed to the boys and told her “that doesn’t really work for us since they were supposed to pair up together and would go over the 180lbs limit by a lot and the room was booked by recommendations for the size of our party. I was then told that unfortunately they were fully booked and couldn’t change my room and as a be time favor since management wasn’t on duty, that she would provide an extra blanket and pillow so some of them could sleep on the floor. I don’t think charging $150 for 1 night is appropriate if I have to have people sleeping on the floor when I paid for the extra bed space. To top it all off, there is no pool in their building. You have to go to the hotel Nextdoor and ask to use theirs. The cherry on top was the fact that breakfast consisted of prepackaged toaster waffles in the fridge, bananas, oranges, oatmeal and some snack bars. So I ended up spending another chunk of money to feed the boys. Not happy at all about how this played out. Felt like I was stuck between a rock and a hard place since I had this trip prepaid and couldn’t afford last minute prices in the area. They also will not do late checkouts on the weekends. Definitely not worth the prices we paid!

Easy access from the highway. Simple, nice looking rooms. Breakfast could have more protein as there were only oatmeal and yogurt to go with the waffles. Had a good sleep!

Front staffs and cleaning crew were very kind and helpful at all times. Booked it with Expedia. Room with 2 queen size bed, a tv, microwave, shower/tub and bathroom, a little fridge, lamps, pillows (needs replacement), ground level sturdy floor for kiddos, parking is free (lots of space), Pool and hot tub is in another hotel, building next door. There was maybe a gathering in a group or party going on in there, so it was pretty much attended, most evenings. I guess it was ok to dive, jump, eat and drink in there at your own risk. Walking distance to fast foods around here and a Church right next door, huge lot. Towards the weekend, music was heard from a party in one of the rooms above. Breakfast is served here but kiddos were not happy because there was not much choices to choose from. Dennys next door saved the day. Stars are for staffs and cleaners ONLY!!
