Beautiful pool villa with views

Unbeatable location 15 minutes drive from wonderful Spoleto. Completely undisturbed and overlooking the green Umbria. Gently decorated with respect for the house and the history of the area with a Scandinavian twist.
The space
The house is built on the remains of an old fortification post for the defense of the Duchy of Spoleto. Everything has been modernized and the house has just undergone a major renovation. Brand new bathrooms and kitchen. Air conditioning throughout the house and Sonos music system.
Guest access
Exclusive access to the entire house and fenced garden.
Other things to note
Umbria is a gem in central Italy and known as the green heart of Italy. From indescribably beautiful cities to a gastronomy and wine culture that pops deep into history. Also known for their Olive oils and truffles.
