“The property was nice, very quiet but was a fair distance from the township of Falmouth. Miguel the owner was always available when you required his help for anything. The suite itself was very clean thoughit lacked much in the way of cutlery, dish and laundry soap. The suite has a washer and drier but the drier didn't work, but I was able to access another suite to dry my clothes. The house is a little difficult to find and the guard at the gated community does not know anything, so be sure……

“First of all! Let's talk about how excellent the host was! He was friendly, always there to answer your every call, great conversations all the time with him. He was overall great! The place is clean, quiet and safe! His home was one of the few with a button press to get inside. One click and the gate was open. Didnt have to come out to open the gate. The security for the whole complex was great. They check every car before you can enter. No one that doeent belong on property cannot get pass……

“If your looking for a cozy low key vibe … this is your villa . Security was friendly , neighbors, and the host made the stat complete . We got the package with breakfast, and the assortment was great , and the breakfast over all was 10/10. We had fast easy communication with our host and they made us feel welcomed and like family. Highly recommend thia villa .”

“I liked the veranda the pool the safety the staff and the view. More towels, change of sheets, trash directions and better light in the bedroom and directions on how to access Chanels on the tv would make the experience even better. Thank you.”

“Will never EVER CONSIDER staying here again and I will never advise family or friends to come to this property. Poor communication, no cable no pool no remote for the TV. The television that they did have was broken doors open and shut all night by themselves or the wind. If you let them tell it you have to bring your own tissue. You have to bring your own Wi-Fi for Internet fire stick you had to bring your own trash bags, Netflix it was not up to par for anything other than having a roof over……

“The property is awesome, not crowded. Access to the beach isnt perfect, you need a pass to exit n enter through the gate (for safety reasons) but that can also be a deternt as you have to find someone to give you the pass. Othewise, its a public beach so you could just leave the property and walk to the beach. Its cool, very breezy, the view is great, lots of walking paths, tall palm trees, lush green yards, mangoes n naseberry trees, wide pool. Bar and restaurant. Its a lovely place to get……

“Check in was a very long, long wait. There is no thing as early check in here. My room was ready after 4 Pm. Check in staff plays games with letting you know your room is available. Rooms are clean but dated. Beautiful grounds. Pool area clean and accommodating. Guards everywhere. ”
