“This is a great home. Old home that has been very tastefully redone. Love the old charm mixed with the modernization. Very clean, comfortable place. The beds are super comfy. We came to town to visit LU with our daughter (17) and son came along as well (13). We all were impressed with the house. The neighborhood is an older one where some of the homes have been redone and some are still needing some work. But it’s in a great location to downtown, LU , and some of the other colleges in the area……

“We stayed only two nights but would have gladly stayed longer if possible! It was peaceful and cozy, sherry and Doug were friendly and had the AC on for us and cold water in the fridge definitely recommend ”

“Clean, sleek, minimalist home creating a comfortable stay and a very relaxing environment. Very child friendly, going as far as having electrical plug covers. Be sure to request use of washer and dryer if needed. Host was very accommodating to unlock the washer and dryer for us to do laundry on our long road trip. We loved our stay. ”

“The house was beautiful and just what we needed. There wasn’t a hair dryer for my wife like it said there was, but that was the only mishap. There was a used coffee pod left in the other bowl of pods. The neighborhood was a bit sketchy. First night for over thirty minutes at 11:30 at night there was an old drunk guy screaming profanities up and down the street. Last night we had police presence right down the road and then heard five more with lights and sirens fly right by the house up the……

“We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO. The host was quick to respond and very gracious. The place is clean and decorated well. Only complaint not enough toilet paper was accessible. Two rolls were provided for 4 days. ”

The kitchen is large and fully stocked and is an ideal space to entertain or have the whole family come together. Ben and Kay have thought of everything. We’ve rented it twice already and plan on coming back. ”
