“I have stayed here before and simply love this grand historic hotel. I had a great room this time at the end of the hall looking out over the original Hot Springs. It is an easy walk across the street to the Hot Springs or over the bridge right into downtown Glenwood Springs. The staff are always amazing, including the servers and bartenders. The hotel does not have laundry services, fitness center or pool but who cares? The history of the hotel is wonderful and I consider staying there a……

“The hotel is clean but the room we got have a broken bathroom door. It won’t closed properly and it’s hard to open and close the door. We have our puppy with us so it’s hard to maintain the door close all the time since my kids are having a hard time closing it. ”
