“Cute little three bedroom duplex that’s one block away from a park, which is nice when having children along. It was very clean, easy to notify host of any problems, and check in was very simple. One of the best parts was check out! No extra cleaning, just pick up after yourself basically. ”

“location, price,communication were all super. Construction literally right outside of the balcony/window, though out of owners control, really hampered my ability to enjoy the space. The fridge is in a closet with a light that a short person would have a hard time putting on. The bathroom is very small but has all that is really needed. After requesting a little compensation for the inconvenience the owners did just that. Thank you.What would make this cute spot really nice is having a few……

“The property is well appointed with everything you need. It's also spacious and beautifully decorated. The unit was well managed. Instructions were clear and correct. The location is great - by historic downtown and also right by the freeway and Shawnee Mission Parkway - so easy to get everywhere. Parking was easy too. You do have to get up 2 flights of stairs with your luggage. I highly recommend this place!”

“Great place with lots of amenities. Very clean. Had the whole second floor. Very secure, with lock to get in front door, lock to get into apartment, and locked gated area for parking. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Wonderful experience for my first time. The house was cozy as described in the advertisement. Older home with nice updated modern kitchen appliances and bathroom. It is located in an older arts community. Charming, quiet and safe neighborhood with polite people out walking their dogs, running and riding their bikes. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Only 5 minutes to the freeway for quick access to the city and to Lawrence for ballgames. Enjoyed our stay, and the only thing……

“We were only staying one night. Cleanliness could’ve been much better and be forewarned the upstairs gets quite hot in the summer months! Host was able to help us find a temperature solution but it would’ve been nice if that info was better communicated in the listing. ”

“This property is eclectic and interesting, and communication with the host is quick. I would have rated everything 5 star, however I feel like the front door needs a more secure lock. Being on the top floor of the duplex, I would have preferred to feel the deadbolt was more secure. ”

The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen and living room were perfect for hanging out and spending time together. We enjoyed our stay very much!! The properties are in great locations, they are always clean, always charmingly decorated, and the prices are fair, from base rates to pet fees. They do all the little things - from toiletries (and plenty of them) that we might need, to prompt communications, to little touches like dog bowls, rugs and treats. We will only stay at Cozy in KC properties, given a choice. ”
