Need to Know:
-If the person is between the ages of 18-25. We will request a $1000 damage deposit.

-After booking you must sign a contract and send a copy of your ID. YOU HAVE TO SEND IT WITHIN THE FIRST 24 HRS.
- Pool is not heated
First floor, which consists of the table tennis and half bath does not have a HVAC. There are fans.
