“It was a very clean apartment, easy check in and out process. It would have been nice if there had been hangers in the closets to hang clothing. I recommend that an iron and ironing board be added to the apartment. We were in town for a wedding and our clothing was very wrinkled. We used the dryer but... I also recommend re-positing the toilet if possible. I'm 5'10 and my knees were hitting the wall. It also would have been nice to have fans in the rooms since air is controlled by the upstairs.”

“This property was perfect for my weekend stay. It was well kept and spacious. Check in and check out were easy. Everything I needed was there. Comfy bed, lots of soft fluffy towels, plenty of pillows, lots of storage space, simply equipped kitchen for my simple needs. The full-body massage chair was amazing! I would stay there again in a heartbeat.”

“Kathleen was an organized and very communicative host. She made staying with a toddler and other family easy with all of the children’s toys and books. It was the perfect size property for my family and we frequented the basically brand new park that’s right behind the property. I cannot recommend this place enough and we will definitely be back next year! ”

“This Orem gem is a must stay for anyone. You'll find comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. Clean and fun. My only caution is to watch out for the drain under the mat when entering the front door. It's easy to twist an ankle if you're not careful. We had a great stay!”

“The apartment itself was clean and larger than it looked in the pictures. We were pleasantly surprised that the bathroom has two doors. One to the living room and one to the bedroom. This made it much nicer since we had someone sleeping in the living room. It is handicap accessible. The elevator brings you right to the third floor and there isn't a threshold. There are no grab bars in the bathroom, but it was big enough for a wheelchair. Mostly great. What wasn't great was that the pool was not……

“This beatifully renovated piece of architectural history is conveniently located in central Provo. The apartment was exceptionally clean and included several very nice conveniences like shampoo, conditioner and body wash ... just in case. The bed was very comfortable and everything was well maintained. I would stay here again and highly recommend. The entire complex is lovely. ”

“I rated this a 4 star because the upstairs tenants - the creaking and footsteps were annoying… otherwise everything else was good! ”

“Easy to find, easy to check in. Was very clean and had everything we needed, plus more. Would stay here again!”

“The place was not very clean and was missing kitchen supplies such as pans to cook with. There was also trash just outside the front door going in that were never cleaned up. I reported it to the host but never heard back. We ended up taking it all out to the trash can when we left the property. Would not stay in this property again. It was just okay!”

“Excellent property. Quiet neighborhood with beautiful views of mountains and lake. Great patio area and lots of games and movies, although no time to enjoy it this trip. Comfy bed, well equipped kitchen. Entrance steps might be issue for someone with mobility issues but otherwise accessible. Hosts very helpful. Would stay again. ”

"The hotel’s floor soundproofing is terrible. The thumping sounds from people walking upstairs and next door are like thunder. I was rudely awakened before 10 a.m. by a staff member knocking on the door, wanting to come in and clean the room. The funniest part is, when I arrived at the hotel at 2 a.m. to check in, I found someone in the room I was given. Fortunately, the room had a safety lock on the inside. Of course, when I went back to get a new room, the lady in that room also went to complain."
