“We are 50 something’s, empty nesters with ties to the university so we may be a bit critical in our feedback. The location was great, typical student housing so it felt a bit collegiate for us. The garage and exterior was aged and could use a clean/facelift. The interior was clean, nice bathroom and kitchen. Furniture and rugs need a deep cleaning. “I came from Idaho to help my son, who is a college freshman, with wisdom teeth removal and did not want to be in a hotel. Gary and Cami were wonderful hosts. Their rental was clean, beautiful and well stocked with everything you would need. We had our own private entrance through the back that was well lit. Such a beautiful area so close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay - I actually ended up extending three more nights. ”
