“My family enjoyed our stay at the Cozy House. It was a nice, comfortable home with lots of added amenities. You can tell the owner puts a lot of care into the home. I didn’t have such a great experience with the property management company. Many times I didn’t get a response. Luckily, the housekeeper/neighbor was very involved and attentive to our needs - without her this wouldn’t have been a good experience. The location was good because I like to be away from the city, but it was difficult……

“The cottage was super cute, great location, everything we needed. The only item to note is that due to the homes age (which is part of its character), the bathroom toilet area is very snug. It worked fine, but I do think it is to be noted if you have any above average sized folks joining you. Had a great location, walkable to many things, including Saturday Farmers Market. ”

“We went to spend the weekend and visit our grandkids. The neighborhood is quiet. The house was nice. The description said hot tub and there wasn't one. That was disappointing. But we had a very nice stay. Lots to do close by. Great location. ”

“This house was just beyond perfect for our family. There as a great amount if space (and the open space was amazing for we always know the kitchen is the place to hang with family), the neighborhood was quiet, pool was well kept, house was clean and the little instructions throughout the house were great. Definitely recommend this rental for a relaxing quiet space to spend time in Southern Pines. Only bummer was the grill, just would need a good hard cleaning to use. More then what we would have……
