“This was a hotel with character. It is in a quiet residential area, surrounded by victorian homes, green space, views of the ocean, and walking distance from a beautiful beach.”

“This is a lovely house, liked the frittata for breakfast and lots of great dining and ocean views a short walk away. Also great that there is the lounge on the third floor for guests. Our specific room had 2 small beds with bathrooms down the hall, we were pretty chilly the first night and then found blankets and think the heat was on so more comfortable the 2nd. ”

“Check in was very easy. Room was small but clean and had everything we needed. The room was uncomfortably warm at night due to abnormal warm temps outside but the service was great to get a window AC unit put in late at night. Very easy to walk to asbury park and the beach. Nice quiet area. ”

“Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Junior Suite (room 3)- which features a private balcony with an ocean view. We spent hours staring out at the sea & enjoyed bringing dinner in from a local spot so we were able to make the most of it. Bernadette responded immediately to inquiries and served up a delightful breakfast (the waffles were tasty). The beds (a king & a queen) were comfortable & given that it’s a multi*floor space with multiple units- incredibly quiet. Location is perfect for……

“Met my college roommate and we had a wonderful stay. Rooms are dated, as other reviewers stated, but very clean and the staff was amazing - super friendly and helpful. Bonus that we found free parking in the lot and there was a continental breakfast buffet included. Great location, too! We’ll definitely return!!!”
