“We wanted a quiet getaway and that’s exactly what we got. We like Hedgesville’s proximity to Berkeley Springs, Harpers Ferry and Winchester, VA. Hedgesville itself doesn’t have a lot going on - a few independent restaurants & shops, a Martin’s grocery store. If you’re looking for Walmart or chain restaurants, there are plenty in nearby Martinsburg. This visit for us, though, was all about staying in and enjoying the woods around us. While there are half a dozen or so homes around the cabin,……

“Very comfortable and updated decor. ”

“The cabin was immaculately clean and comfortable! We had so much space for our party of five to spread out and enjoy ourselves. The beds were very comfy, and the full, updated kitchen was so useful during our stay as we were in the area for a reunion. We loved the outdoor area, too, and enjoyed spending time talking around the firepit. The homeowners even provided the marshmallows, graham crackers and chocolate to make s'mores, which we did! It was a wonderful stay, and we're already talking……

“My brother and I stayed at this property during a relocation transition. We loved the homey feel of this property. It was clean, well supplied with the necessities and beautifully decorated. It felt like home. The bonus was the owner, who was so helpful and avaliable to assist with whatever we needed. The property manager who lives next door was also very helpful when we needed to do laundry and could not find the washing machine and dryer. She was there promptly to help us. I only have one……
