Got in at 1 ish Am. Key to our room wouldn’t work. Got up at 630Am. No hot water. I couldnt wash hair. Asked front end manager if she could compensate said I would have to contact Expedia she couldn’t do anything.its up to the 3rd party. She said it’s on now this was at 815 I said to Late we have to be somewhere at 9 Am. to an appointment. So now who do I contact to be compensated for a very poor experience at that hotel.

Our stay was short. The hotel was quite full. Check in was flawless. Breakfast had a variety of offerings. Staff (1 lady) worked very hard at keeping items available and the area clean. Overall it was a nice place to stay.

I tend to judge hotels based on whether they are letting things go, like upkeeping the gym equipment and pool. Sure enough, this one had the pool closed (for repairs?), one of three cardio machines out of order, missing a 5lb and 10lb weight, no extra gym towels, no water container in the gym, and no wipes for cleaning the equipment. The gym is probably the lowest priority, but it doesn't take much effort to think about details guests might care about. I'd only pick this place again for the convenient location to visit Reading, but I'd keep my expectations low.

I liked this property because it is located near about everything. The hotel looks very nice compared to others we've been in but they did need a lot of things fixed up. There were stains and calking that looked terrible in the bathroom. They didn't have water in the rooms and I believe the cups they had for you to drink out of made the water that they had at the desk taste horrible. At first I thought it was the water but it had to be the paper cups in the room. The pool was tiny not able to do laps if we wanted to. The staff was very nice, inviting, welcoming. They also didn't have lotion like some other hotels, that was the biggest disappointment.

Staff was very friendly the only problem I had was that I specifically picked that hotel because of the indoor swimming pool and it was not usable very upsetting for me and my Grandchildren and the staff member said she couldn’t refund any money because I didn’t book the room through you it was from a third party. Shouldn’t make any difference if we are unhappy

We were told there was an indoor pool but was out of order. Brought my bathing suit to soak my body in the pool due to stiffness of my back and was told was not operating. The water looked green. We were told check in was at 200. We got here at 3:45 and had to wait to get our room. We drove almost 3 hours and wanted to get into a room as soon as we got here. The wait wasnt long but still had to wait.

I needed an iron 45 minutes and 3 irons later I was able to prepare for work the next day. Finally get ready for bed 2 hrs 3 phone calls later not sure if I just passed out or the kids stopped running the hallways. I paid more for a nicer hotel and it was beyond a joke

On the morning of January 13 housekeeping knocked and I responded, "Occupied". I then left the room for and returned about 7 PM. When I got back to the room it was obvious the room was not made up. Dirty towels we on the floor,trash was not emptied, the coffee service need replenishment and the two queen beds were not made up. I called the desk and was told no one was available to make up the room and asked what we needed. I said what we need is for the room the be made up. I was told all they could do was give me towels. I was not satisfied with that answer and iterated that I was not getting the service and comfort I was paying for. The clerk a ten dollar adjustment on my bill. I said what I wanted was to receive the service I paid for. I was then told there was nothing else they could do and that someone would deliver the towels which was later done. I was very disappointed in the attitude and non responsive nature of the desk clerk's communication. I have stayed in this facility many times but never again.
