“Host was great! Very communicative and had a cute welcome basket with snacks and some bath goodies waiting for us when we arrived. The host even brought a crib and a little basket of toys for our baby.Check in process was easy even at 3am. Location is exactly as described. “I am commenting on this stay and not the house. There was some water damage that was in repair and not available after booking however, Letrice called and gave me an update and sent me other portions to stay at. She put us in a 2 bedroom apartment that was super convenient to lots of restaurants and areas that we needed to get to. Communication was top notch! Letrice had just gotten her wisdom teeth removed and was on top of everything. Thank you for everything!”

“A great place to stay! The neighborhood was pretty quiet, but there was an occasional loud car that drove by. The stairs are a little steep, but we were able to get up them just fine. There was a humming sound that we noticed mainly at night, but we think that must have just been the AC kicking on. Bathroom was stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
