Didn't respond to multiple messgaes from me and VRBO about check in. Host was rude, saying he had multiple properties to manage. Eventually emailed back and said his cleaning crew said the space was unsafe. So I had to find a new place to stay at thevery lat minute, costing me $200 ectra
