Everything was perfect with amenities and room. Swimming pool is lovely and breakfast was delicious. Apart from check in staff that seem to be not really bothered to be working there. Every time check in ladies had to answer something or do something they always huffed and puffed giving face grimaces like the fed up with questions or something. No smiles no warm welcome.

Perfect spot to stay when visiting Zion. Great breakfast provided. Right next to shuttle stop. Clean and quiet. Able to safely leave car in their lot after checkout to explore the park.

Property is located at a great location, shuttle service station right outside the resort. Swimming pool was clean and water was pleasant. Farm animals at the back of the resort - which was fun to see. Wild deers roaming around the property lawn - lovely surprise. Our room was good but had a weird cleaning solution smell in it.

This is our second time staying at Bumbleberry Inn. We love the proximity to the park with a convenient shuttle stop. The pool and hot tub are great to use after a long day in Zion. Our family loves having Porters on the property too. The rooms are clean and nice. It always does the job when we visit Zion. Highly recommend.

We stayed at the Bumbleberry Inn from June 2025, and overall had a very good experience. The hotel is nicely set back from the main road, making it quiet and peaceful, with a beautiful outdoor pool and hot tub. However, there was very little shade around the pool area, which made it difficult to enjoy during the heat of the day. Adding umbrellas, trees, palms, or even fixed shade structures like pergolas or louvers would greatly improve the comfort and usability of this otherwise lovely space. Breakfast is served at the adjacent restaurant, which belongs to the same company. Guests order à la carte from a menu, which was a nice touch and far better than the usual buffet. A big plus: the free Zion shuttle stops directly in front of the hotel at Station 5, making park access incredibly convenient. Rooms in Building 100 near the pool can be affected by noise from guests at the pool, especially in the evening (loud conversations and laughter). We were placed – as requested – on the 2nd floor, but unfortunately on the parking lot side, not facing the river as hoped. Still, our room in Building 200 was quiet and comfortable. Overall: A charming place in a prime location with good service. A few thoughtful improvements – especially more shade at the pool – would take it to the next level. One downside is that the hotel now feels somewhat overpriced for what it offers.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast provided was excellent. The location was very convenient to both dining options in Springdale, as well as the shuttle to the park. The view from our patio was beautiful.

It is very clean and beautifully upgraded. I didn't know what to expect for an older property, but it's fully renovated. There are delicious full-meal options for breakfast. The location is ideal with shuttle stop right there, easy walking distance to restaurants and shops and all the hiking/biking rental needs right across the street. We were very happy with our stay here.

cockroaches Inside the room and the comforter was dirty I’m 100 % sure they didn’t change it. I called to the lobby around 10:30 pm nobody answer me I left a voicemail on Sunday at night. The Inn and our room was clean and comfortable with a spectacular view! Check in was easy and the staff were very friendly. It was ideally located on the Main Street near shops, restaurants and a grocery store all within walking distance. It even had animals- ducks, turkeys, goats, sheep and miniature horses in a pen out back to go and visit if interested. The complimentary breakfast was fast and delicious, perfect before hiking Zion. The shuttle stopped right out front and hotel parking was free. Such a great stay!

From the moment we arrived at Bumbleberry Inn, we were blown away by the warmth and hospitality of the staff. Every single person we interacted with went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and cared for. Their kindness and attention to detail truly made us feel at home, and it set the tone for one of the best vacations we’ve ever had. On top of that, the restaurant was incredible! The food was absolutely delicious—every meal we had was better than the last. We couldn’t get enough of it and kept coming back again and again. The ice cream, coffee, and pie were top notch—honestly some of the best we've ever had. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and made with care. Thanks to the amazing staff, Cathy, Taffi & Tayanna and unforgettable dining experiences, we left Bumbleberry with full hearts and full stomachs. We’re already looking forward to coming back. If you’re heading to Zion and want a place that feels like a warm hug with food to match—this is it!

Very pleasant hotel/motel. Good facilities such as a pool, restaurant, shop, bakery/ice cream shop. Room was rustic but had all required facilities and was spacious. Great for access to Zion National Park with a bus stop for the park bus directly outside the hotel. Good selection of shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk of the hotel.
